Any warranty if I purchase GADAYA?

Zaloha Sdn Bhd warrants this Product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

3 months warranty from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, Zaloha will provide one to one exchange. Buyer needs to bear the shipping fees to send the goods back to us. Zaloha will bear of the replacement delivery fees. The return item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product, including the battery. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Zaloha Sdn Bhd to service the product. This warranty is valid in the Malaysia.

How and when will I receive my order?

Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter office in Selangor, Malaysia. We will ship out your orders next business day after receiving order and payment. Your purchases will arrive within 1 – 3 business days (depending on your zone) upon order and payment confirmation. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We will send you a tracking number once the purchase has been send out. Please note that a signature will be required at delivery.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the carrier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

No shipment on Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia Public Holiday.

What do I do if I don’t receive my package?
